Italian Dandelion Greens
If you like arugula and other spicy greens, you'll love dandelions!
A relative of chickory, ours are a gourmet Italian variety called Italiko Rossa with beautiful red stems that are more tender and less bitter than their wild cousins. High in vitamins A and C, they can be added raw to a salad for a little bite, or sauté as you would any other greens if you want to mellow their flavor. They're perfect in all kinds of cooked dishes.
