It's hard to beat eating and cooking with fresh herbs and vegetables in season, but what about when you're short on time or don't have fresh produce handy? We carefully season and preserve what we grow in the form of sauces, relishes, pickles, and jellies for those times when you need a shortcut to a quick. flavorful meal. What's on the Table this Week? This coming Saturday, December 12, is the Franklin County Farmers’ Market's Holiday Market—the last hurrah of the 2020 season! Come stock up for the winter and get some holiday gifts while you’re at it! You can also preorder on the Local Food Marketplace this week. Please note that the in-person Holiday Market hours are different from a usual Saturday: 10 AM to 1 PM.

Dandelion Ridge Farm vegetables and herbs bring you shortcuts to deliciousness in every jar!
